Have you identified a need for training with members of staff? Are your staff busy and want to maximise learning for the time invested?

We define together what topics will be learned according to your needs. Each course is built up from a selection of topics. We offer full-day and half-day courses. Courses are held in your office.

Work commitments are one of the main reasons for staff missing training days. You receive a timetable of what topics will be covered and at what time, allowing your staff to either attend for the entire time, or to leave for a meeting, and return at the start of the next topic.

To optimise learning we propose half-day courses (9:00-12:30). In half-day courses your staff more effectively retain more information, for their time invested in training.

Each topic has its own printed tip sheet of a few pages, step by step and concise.

For each topic staff can receive a certificate of attendance.

Prerequisite: None. We adapt to all requirements.

Many staff recognise that a topic is clearer during training than when back at their own desks. The working day then intervenes and people might miss the opportunity to implement their new skills. Staff benefit from designated time to bridge the gap between courses and specific needs.

Staff can spend time with a consultant to apply newly learned skills to their own specific tasks. We offer individual follow-up, either at your office or remotely. Follow-up segments can be booked in three one-hour blocks, one hour minimum per user.

This approach reinforces those skills and increases retention, meaning your training is more effective for staff time invested.

Follow-up ensures that the expectation of the training request is met, to the complete satisfaction of your staff.
